On Wed. August 15th my Red Hatters met at Shopko North and car pooled to Lake City. We were about 45 minutes early so we went to an Amish store.
About 11 am we went a little north of downtown to a very nice restaurant called the Skyline. After a wonderful lunch overlooking Lake Pepin, we boarded a neat Paddle Boat and went down past the downtown of Lake City and up the Wisconsin side past Stockhom and back to the dock. It was about an hour and a half boat ride.
We met another Red Hat group on board from Wabasha. We exchanged information with them and will try to do a few things together.
It was a really fun day.
