We had a couple of beautiful fall days here on Monday and Tuesday. Wish I would have been able to stay home. I am home this morning as I am training a new team member so I have to work from 1:30 pm to close @ 9:15 pm. The mall hasn't had a Halloween event since 9/11. We will have some people come out there thinking there is an event and we also will have some of the problem teens/young adults and they are the ones to cause problems.
In last nights newspaper I read a really cute article. Don't know if you have read this before, but I thought it was worth reading again.
Radio conversation released by the chief of naval operations 10.10.95:
Americans: Please divert your course 15 degrees to the north to avoid a collision.
Canadians: Recommend you divert YOUR course 15 degrees to the south to avoid a collision.
Americans: This is the captain of a U.S. Navy ship. I say again, divert YOUR course.
Canadians: No, I say again divert YOUR course.
Americans: THIS IS THE AIRCRAFT CARRIER USS ENTERPRISE, WE ARE A LARGE WARSHIP OF THE U.S. NAVY. DIVERT YOUR COURSE NOW.
Canadians: This is a little lighthouse. Your call.
