All I can say is WOW!! It was truly amazing.
Getting on board the "Rhapsody of the Seas" in Seattle, getting to our room, going through the drill of the life rafts and then standing on the 10th floor and setting sail, watching Seattle grow smaller and smaller. Jerry, Linda and I walked around the entire ships top and a couple of other floors.
When we woke on Saturday morning we were certainly out to sea. It didn't seem to bother Aunt Liz or I, but Linda certainly was a little sea sick. She took some Dramamine and I gave her a pair of the Sea Bands to put around her wrists. It didn't take her too long to feel much better. Then we found out that Lil was also feeling the waves. I gave her the other pair of Sea Bands.
Little Relia won the hearts of almost everyone on the ship. All of the wait staff in the WindJammer Buffet just loved to see her coming. She just smiled and smiled at all of them. And when she walked around the deck of the ship, people would all smile and she smiled back.
Aunt Liz took Linda and I to the Casino. Aunt Ginny, you can blame your sister, but Linda only played with $5. When that was gone she quit. We eventually found our way to the Card/game room and Linda, Aunt Liz, Donna, Lil and I played Canadian Salad for an hour or so.
The next day we pulled into Juneau. Will post more tomorrow.
