Haven't posted for a while. Nothing too exciting going on here.
My Sweet Adeline chorus sang on a Cancer Telethon and also at St Mary's Hospital in the Rehab unit. These are all people who have been in some kind of accident and have weeks and months of rehabilitation to go through.
I attended a wonderful concert of the Moody Bible Institute. The Bell Ensemble did an awesome rendition of "Go Tell It on the Mountain". The women's choir with the bell ensemble did "On Eagle's Wings". It was just beautiful. This group of women who are touring are from all over the world, Hungary, Switzerland, Ukraine, China & Japan, just to name a few.
My friend, Carol will be in Rochester next Monday for her 5th Chemo session. After that she will have one more and then a CT Scan to see how everything looks. I'm hoping and praying that this has taken care of the cancer.
I was going to run into Target today and also do a couple of errands. We are having some freezing drizzle, so I think I will just stay home until tomorrow. That's the nice part of being retired.
