My cousin, Linda from Chicago came up to my Aunt Liz's on Saturday March 6th. My sister, Donna, and my cousin Diane all came about the same time. We had a nice visit and my sister showed us her souveniers from the Opening Ceremony of the Olympics.
Around 4:30 in the afternoon we all went to an Italian restaurant called Donetellie's. It has been on one of the cooking shows. Very good food.
After that, Linda, Diane, Aunt Liz and I went to a Barbershop Show. It was great. I stayed over with Linda and on Sunday morning Aunt Liz made us a great breakfast. She will be 85 in April.
We all missed our cousin Pat a lot. But we know she is having a wonderful time in Arizona.
On Sunday afternoon, Linda, Aunt Liz and I drove over to the Como Park Conservatory. We sure didn't think there would be so many other people with the same idea. It was packed. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous.
Then we watched the Academy awards on TV. We all had opinions on the outfits everyone had on. It was fun.
I came home on Monday afternoon.

Sounds like a great time. I would have been there if I was home. That is one thng I do not like about being away is missing things like this get together. They are always so much fun and very enjoyable.
