It's been a busy few weeks here.  My chorus had our annual Spring show the first weekend in May.  It was a lot of fun.
Then the 3rd weekend in May we went to Mystic Lake Casino for our Regional Convention.  We spend a lot of time with all of the choruses in our region.  The food was great and my chorus gained 24 points over last year.  We only missed getting most improved chorus by 9 points.  My sister, Donna came to see the chorus competition and I really appreciated that.
Then over Memorial Day, my cousin Linda from Chicago, and her granddaughter Clare came for the weekend.  It was a lot of fun.  We went on Sunday up to Willernie and helped my cousin Pat go thru some stuff from the flood and fire at my Aunt Liz's house.  It was both fun and emotional to go thru stuff that belonged to Aunt Liz.  We all miss her so much.
Eventually her house will be where Pat and Pudge live, and they are making some changes so it will be their home.
My hats off to both of them for what they are going through.  They have their own home to sell and a home in Arizona, and now all the going through everything and decisions to make with Aunt Liz's home.
Tomorrow I am picking up a friend here in Rochester and we are going to pick up my sister in Bloomington and meeting up with two former Church and High School friends for lunch.  It should be a very great time.

I enjoyed your chorus competition and Memorial Day weekend with you, Jerry and our cousins, too. Good times.

Thank you doesn't seem enough for all the stuff you helped with on Sunday. It made it easier to go through her things with all of you who loved her as much as I did.

I wish I could have made it to your competition. Next year I am going to plan on it.
