My birthday Sunday, March 10th

Around 7:30 am, Donna, Pat and I went to Broadway Community church.  It isn't far from Pat's condo.  There we met John and Judy Otto, Sonja, Beaver Cleaver and Connie.

It was fun for me to sit between Judy and Sonja and sing along.  The three of us sang in a trio while growing up in Austin.  Right after the service John Otto (who has a beautiful voice) sang Happy Birthday to me. 

After that we met for breakfast at a place called CoCo's.  Judy had brought a lot of old photos from the Austin Church.  Always fun getting together with them.

Spent a while in the afternoon sitting out on the pation visiting with some of the neighbors.  Pudge is playing golf. 

About 6 PM, Donna, Pat, Pudge and I headed towards the foothills of Superstition Mountain.  We ate dinner at a Historic Mining Camp Restaurant & Trading Post.  The tables were long with benches.  We were served on stainless steel plates, cup and glasses.  It was served family style.  We had Roast Chicken & dressing, Oven baked ham, BBQ Ribs.  Also had Baked Beans, Green Beans, Rolls, Raisin bread and dessert.  It was a lot of fun. 

Pudge had gotten me a birthday cake, but we were all so full, we decided to save it for the Pork chops I was planning on making tomorrow night.
